We do accept cancellation on all unfulfilled orders however please be aware that we do process and ship orders in a very timely manner. Due to the nature of our items being personalised according your requirements, we are unable to accept returns nor give partial or full refunds on any purchased item that have been delivered according to your specifications except any error on our part regarding the item.

Please be aware that cancellations are not accepted for digital downloads as those purchases are classed as fulfilled upon purchase.
